Step 2.  We provide an estimate, scheduling availability, and discuss any further details.​

Step 3. Upon approval, we perform our maintenance checkup! If our work leads to discovery of additional items outside the checkup scope that need repair or attention, we will provide recommendations and an estimate.  You may elect to follow through or postpone additional work.​
