Happy Home Maintenance Checkup

Our primary service is a complete checkup of your home's interior.

We generally operate during the winter months to minimize disruptions to your rental schedule or peak times of vacation home usage. We inspect, adjust, maintain, and perform minor repairs in all interior areas of your home. When we discover items with additional needs, we will make a recommendation and provide an estimate for more involved repairs or attention.

Here's what's included:

Kitchen

Check fixtures, ensure proper operation of appliances, clean large and small appliances, inspect for leaks, clean drain and trap, range hood, refresh garbage disposal, adjust faucet pull-down, check cabinet doors and drawers, and more.

Bathrooms

Check sink, toilet, shower for leaks, inspect caulk seals, clean drains and traps, inspect and clean exhaust fan, check hardware and vanity for damage, etc.

Bedrooms

Check door and window operation, locks, clean jambs, check closet door and shelving, furniture, inspect lamps and fixtures, etc.

Interior spaces

Check lamps / bulbs / fixtures, inspect for general damage, check thermostat and battery, test smoke and CO2 detectors, test wall switches, test and reset GFCI outlets, ceiling fans, and more.

Utility Areas

Check washer and dryer for normal operation, deodorize washer, clean dryer filter and vent, inspect utility sink for leaks, clean drain, clean basin, test and inspect sump pump, check garage door opener, perform door maintnenance, and more.

Appliances

Clean oven interior and racks, clean range hood and filter, run deep clean dishwasher cycle, clean filter and door gasket, test fridge features, inspect for damage, test, inspect, and clean small appliances, and more.

Step 3. Upon approval, we perform our maintenance checkup! If our work leads to discovery of additional items outside the checkup scope that need repair or attention, we will provide recommendations and an estimate. You may elect to follow through or postpone additional work.
